Ownership, credits, refunds, and how your scripts are handled.
01Who owns the storyboards, treatments, and posters I generate?
You do. SPACEODD doesn't claim ownership of anything you create, doesn't use your work in our marketing, and doesn't retain a commercial license. Note that as of 2026, U.S. copyright law doesn't automatically register purely AI-generated images, though mixed human/AI work may qualify.
02How do credits work? Do they expire?
Each generation costs a fixed number of credits, shown on the button before you commit. Credits never expire, and failed generations are refunded automatically. Successful ones are non-refundable but can always be regenerated.
03Can I get a refund on a credit pack?
Refunds are available within 7 days on the unspent portion of a credit pack. After that window, your credits remain usable indefinitely but are no longer refundable.
04What happens to my projects if I delete my account?
Your projects and all generated materials are permanently deleted within 30 days. Minimal authentication records are retained only for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
05Are my scripts used to train AI models?
No. SPACEODD doesn't train any models. Your script goes to the underlying providers (mostly Anthropic and Google) to be processed for that specific request, and nothing more.
06Can I use reference photos of real people?
Yes, for productions where you have the rights. Don't upload photos of strangers or public figures without consent, and don't generate sexual or defamatory content of identifiable people.
